Seamlexly OÜ
Privacy Policy

Effective upon publication
Scope and identity
Seamlexly OÜ is an Estonian technology company (Registry Code 17021816; VAT EE102783597), registered at Sakala tn 7-2, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10141, Estonia. This policy covers the Seamlexly corporate website, business communications and company operations. Contact: contact@seamlexly.ai. Product-specific privacy notices and data processing agreements may supplement this notice.
Our roles as controller and processor
Seamlexly determines purposes and essential means as an independent data controller for corporate website activity, business correspondence, contracts, billing, recruitment and security.
When customers determine the purposes and essential means of processing in their product workspaces, Seamlexly may process personal data on their behalf, subject to documented instructions and an applicable Data Processing Agreement (DPA). In particular, Nuvopoll customers typically control their own survey and research data.
Our roles for cloakmy.ai and AutoClaim depend on each specific processing activity and contractual arrangement; the product name alone does not determine the role.
Categories and sources of information
We may collect professional identity and contact information; correspondence and contract records; payment and invoicing details; recruitment materials; browser and device data, IP addresses and security logs; and optional communications preferences.
We receive information directly from individuals, their organizations, professional contacts and necessary technical operations. We do not intentionally solicit sensitive information through this corporate website.
Purposes and legal bases
We respond to inquiries and manage commercial contacts based on legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)); perform contracts with individuals based on Art. 6(1)(b); keep accounting and regulatory records under Art. 6(1)(c); secure our systems under Art. 6(1)(f); and send optional marketing only where the applicable legal basis and ePrivacy requirements are satisfied, including consent where required.
Legal bases for recruitment, dispute resolution and other operations depend on the circumstances. Where legitimate interests apply, we balance them against affected individuals’ rights.
Website storage and cookies
Our corporate website uses local browser storage to remember the appearance setting (seamlexly.appearance) and privacy choices (seamlexly.cookie-consent.v1). These are not advertising cookies.
Optional analytics or marketing technologies will not be activated without the required prior consent. The Cookie Settings tool describes accessible browser records; it cannot enumerate HttpOnly cookies, all third-party cookies or server-side data.
Product platforms may use additional technologies described in their separate privacy policies.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be disclosed as necessary to authorized staff; infrastructure and security vendors (including Google Firebase Hosting for this website); business communications providers; legal, accounting and audit advisers; contractual partners; and public authorities where law requires. We do not sell personal data. Processors are subject to suitable safeguards.
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred or accessible outside the EEA, we apply GDPR Chapter V safeguards as required, potentially including adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary protections. Individual products may have further transfer disclosures.
Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for each purpose and applicable statutory or contractual requirements. Retention depends on the information involved; financial records follow mandatory accounting periods, while business communications and security logs follow documented operational needs.
Where Seamlexly acts as a processor, the customer’s lawful instructions and DPA govern retention and deletion.
Security
We use proportionate technical and organisational measures such as access controls, appropriate encryption, confidentiality obligations and monitoring. No online system can be guaranteed completely risk-free.
Your rights and complaints
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent; you may complain to a supervisory authority. Controller requests can be addressed to contact@seamlexly.ai. Where we act as processor, contact the customer controller; we assist them as required.
The Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) is available at https://www.aki.ee/en. Rights under Türkiye’s KVKK may also apply where relevant.
Children, automated decisions and other sites
The corporate website is not directed to children. We do not use corporate-site data for solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Product-specific practices and third-party sites are covered by their respective notices.
